Who I am

Hi, I’m Adil, a software engineer with a deep passion for e-commerce and “Medusa”. Since 2020, I’ve been crafting web apps, but my journey with Medusa began in 2022 when I single-handedly built a retro video games marketplace, it was scary at the time, but it ignited a spark that would shape my whole professional path.

Today, I split my time between building B2B and B2C e-commerce applications with Medusa in my full-time role, freelancing on weekends, and working on perseides - a project born from countless interactions with the Medusa community.

What is perseides?

Presented as a technical documentation, we’re going to delve into the complex aspects of Medusa that aren’t covered in the official documentation, or simply, subjects I’d like to share in my own words.. Think of it as your advanced cookbook for building sophisticated e-commerce applications.

Just as Perseus in Greek mythology was equipped with divine tools to accomplish his quests, perseides aims to arm developers with the knowledge and practical examples they need to build exceptional e-commerce experiences.

Oh and it’s also named after the “Perseids” meteor shower too, because I love astronomy 🌌
